Return and Cancellation Policy for The Help Office Company
The Help Office Company strives to fill orders on time and accurately with the highest quality for our customers. We understand there are specific reasons you may need to return your item/items.
What cannot be returned:
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
In addition, varying monitor settings, may not match the actual colors screen printed or heat pressed on your items. The Help Office Company is not responsible for variations between your monitor.
If you need sizing or color information, you may purchase a sample of a specific item and contact us regarding sizing. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please contact us at 262-510-6973 for a sample of the product.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at email@example.com or at 262-510-6973 within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. To return a product, please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it.
Returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the customer. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
For standard delivery order, you may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your deposit for your order. For rush delivery requiring faster services, you may not cancel your order. After 24 hours deposit is non-refundable.
